This is the first book of the Bowser and Birdie series for younger readers. It debuted at #13 on the New York Times Best Sellers List for Children's Middle Grade on May 17, 2015. Woof has been nominated for an Agatha Award in the best children’s/YA category (winner to be announced in April 2016). There is trouble brewing in the Louisiana swamp -- Bowser can smell it. Bowser is a very handsome and only slightly slobbery dog, and he can smell lots of things. Like bacon. And rawhide chews! And the sweat on humans when they're lying.

This is the second book of the Bowser and Birdie series for younger readers, coming out April 26, 2016. The death of Birdie's father may be a cold case, but Bowser can tell it's heating up fast. Someone is coming after Birdie and her family, and Bowser must be ready to protect them from anything. Even that awful cat.
