Sunday is for beginnings, when we take a look at the start of a Peter Abrahams novel, including those written under the Spencer Quinn moniker™. Eastern European characters seem to pop up in my work from time to time, obviously in Mrs. Plansky’s Revenge but also here and there in the Chet and Bernie series. And then there was End of Story. Here’s how it starts:
